How much does LeavePlanner cost?

LeavePlanner is a proven cost-effective absence management solution for SMEs who find the challenges of managing absence are having a negative impact on staff productivity which will be costing the business money. Automating your absence management system is the smarter way to work, and will result in higher productivity and reduced costs.

LeavePlanner can be either the Self Hosted (Enterprise) Edition or more commonly the Web Edition hosted by us and accessed via the internet. The license fee is calculated on a per-person-per-year basis, can be invoiced either annually or quarterly and there are discounts available for charities, educational and government organisations.

The online version license fee includes:-

  • Start up Help – aligning LeavePlanner with your organisations’ absence rules and procedures
  • Employee data import
  • Unlimited email and telephone support during office hours for employees and administrators
  • All future software releases and upgrades
  • Secure hosting and data back up (Our Hosting Environment)
