  • Approve / decline requests or pass them on for final authorisation
  • View a summary of each user's leave situation
  • Enter leave requests on behalf of employees
  • View reports based on holiday and absence data

Administrators have full access to the system, including:

  • Add / Modify an employees details
  • Specify company default settings
  • Add unique custom leave types to the system
  • Add or modify departments
  • Specify employee work patterns
  • Permit employees to carry remaining leave over at the end of the year
